Danny Feig-Sandoval, CR
Owner
After graduating form Georgia State University with a B.S. in Urban studies and traveling for a year in Europe, Danny began working as an apprentice carpenter. In 1980, he started his own remodeling company, calling himself the “Small Carpenter at Large.” As the company grew the name naturally evolved into Small Carpenters at Large, Inc (SCAL). SCAL now offers full service remodeling, design, repairs and specialty projects.
Having lived in Atlanta since his family moved here in 1954, Danny feels a strong commitment to making Atlanta a better place. That commitment is evident in everything Danny does, including his approach to home remodeling: he loves to help people make their homes a better place to live.
Danny bought his home, an Inman Park bungalow, in 1977 where he still lives today with his wife Lori and son Cory. He serves as the annual Inman Park Festival Volunteer Coordinator and participates in other neighborhood committees. He also assists his wife Lori in home schooling their son Cory. Danny’s favorite pastimes include bird watching, biking, cooking, camping, coaching his son’s baseball team, playing tennis, woodworking (particularly wood turning), and spending time with his family.
